Xenia Paros is for property owners or investors who own a residence in Paros and wish to monetize it but are not, or minimally, present to manage it. We also offer our services to travelers looking for culinary, tourist or wellness experiences.
You can book your experience from 6 months in advance, and up to 48 hours. Except for special events or groups, we require a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice.
Earlier though we know the better we can plan accordingly.
Certainly! We would be delighted to assist you in creating an account and optimizing your online listing, complete with professional photos. Once the listing is set up, you have full control of your account, and we leave it to you to manage reservations.
Yes, with our all-inclusive package, we'll take care of everything, from finding a tenants to welcoming your travelers on site.
After your first contact and approval, we set up the collaboration, collect your key copies, and share a calendar for your bookings. That way, you can keep us updated on arrivals and cancellations. From there, we handle the on-site details, including guest welcome, check-ins and check-outs, cleaning, and linen management.
There is no fixed commitment duration. The contract can be terminated at any time with one month's notice.
To prevent such issues, we strongly advise removing all valuable items during the rental period. If the reservation is made through a booking platform, you may benefit from owner guarantee coverage at no additional cost.
Yes. If you choose our all-inclusive package, your guests receive an emergency number and can reach us day or night for urgent issues. If you are using another package, you can still contact us whenever support is needed, and we’ll step in according to the service agreed.
