Xenia Paros is for property owners or investors who own a residence in Paros and wish to monetize it but are not, or minimally, present to manage it. We also offer our services to travelers looking for culinary, tourist or wellness experiences.
You can book your experience from 6 months in advance, and up to 48 hours. Except for special events or groups, we require a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice.
Earlier though we know the better we can plan accordingly.
Certainly! We would be delighted to assist you in creating an account and optimizing your online listing, complete with professional photos. Once the listing is set up, you have full control of your account, and we leave it to you to manage reservations.
Yes, with our all-inclusive package, we'll take care of everything, from finding a tenants to welcoming your travelers on site.
Following initial contact and with your approval, we administratively validate our collaboration and collect copies of your keys. Subsequently, we provide you with a collaborative calendar to note your reservations. We are thus informed in a timely manner of new arrivals or any cancellations. We then take over on-site: welcoming tenants, managing check-ins/outs, cleaning, and linen management.
There is no fixed commitment duration. The contract can be terminated at any time with one month's notice.
To prevent such issues, we strongly advise removing all valuable items during the rental period. If the reservation is made through a booking platform, you may benefit from owner guarantee coverage at no additional cost.

If you choose the "all-inclusive" package, we will provide an emergency number for your tenants to reach us at any time, day or night, in case of issues. Otherwise, they will need to contact you, and you will have to commission us if our intervention is required.
